SHIPPING

We ship within Australia only.


Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

By placing an order, you consent to receive shipping and order updates electronically.


Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on your location and the carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, delays caused by couriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control are unfortunately out of our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address provided. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Damaged Deliveries

We pack our candles carefully, but if something arrives damaged, contact us at hello@brazen_lot.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos

We’ll assess the issue and make it right in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.



RETURNS & REFUNDS

We believe in good candles and clear boundaries.


Change of Mind

Because our products are candles and fragrances:

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns once a candle has been opened or used

  • Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Contact hello@brazen_lot.com with your order details and supporting photos so we can assess the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.


Afterpay Orders

Returns and refunds for Afterpay purchases are handled the same way as any other order. Once a refund is approved, Afterpay will adjust your payment schedule accordingly.
